Our Mission is to train, disciple and inspire followers of Christ, revealing Him to the world.

Our Vision is to raise up a new generation of believers that are known for their love for Jesus and passionate about using their gifts to share the Gospel.

Our Belief is that God is raising up a new generation to be radical, surrendered, lovers of Jesus, taking the Kingdom of God into every sphere of life.

​

Our Focus is to train and facilitate short-term outreach opportunities using their gifts, including the arts, personal testimony, prayer ministry and practical work projects. 

​

Our Core Values:

• Jesus the centre: We seek to make Him the centre of all we do and are by acknowledging, proclaiming and celebrating Him.

• Spirit: We welcome  Holy Spirit as vital to a life of holiness and victory.

• Service: We serve others rather than ourselves as followers of Jesus.

• Discipleship: We seek to pass on what we have learned from Jesus.

• Practicums: We seek to put into practice what we have learned.

• Team: By working together we are far more effective than isolated.

• Arts: We love to use the arts in order to  publicly articulate our faith. It builds conviction and joy in our lives.

• Partnerships: When we partner with others who know and follow Jesus we learn and grow.

• Integration: We seek to apply what we have learned through training and debrief.

• Youth: God has given youth a special platform in our world and often are the catalyst to revival.

• Grace: We all need a safe place to learn and grow. God’s grace especially needs to be passed on.

• Wholeness: Holistic development of our entire being. While wounded people tend to wound others the opposite is also true.

• Evangelism: We seek to Intentionally share Jesus daily through our words and actions.

 

Our Alumni are people in leadership roles of international missions on every continent. People in dynamic outreaches in the difficult places of this world. Pastors and lay people in churches who are fully engaged in the Great Commission. Godly moms and dads raising up Christ followers in a challenging world. People who are passionate and purposeful as they influence the world in business, government, entertainment, media, education, arts, family, and the Church.

Our Uniqueness: People often tell us that they appreciate the fact that where ever we go with our teams or bands we have close ties to local churches. They also appreciate the fact that we have over 50 years of this kind of ministry experience among our present 3 staff members. Other unique aspects include:

• Our 9 month team is longer than most short term mission opportunities

​

• The intentional mentorship offered

​

• We provide an internship opportunity that goes far beyond the 'in and out' of most church, school or organizational mission trips

​

• About a third of our alumni from our Bridge Teams end up in fulltime Christian service for a prolonged period of time
